A protocol for Isolation and Purification Bacterial RNA for Microarray Analysis and its Interaction with Human Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells

I collaborated with Francescopaolo Di Cello and Yi Xie — both molecular biologists who established a protocol for isolation of microarray-grade RNA, and I conducted the Association and Invasion intereraction assays with humam brain microvascular endothelial cells.

This work was conducted in Dr. Kwang Sik Kim’s lab in the Division of Pediatrics Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine between 2003 to 2005.
